F*RK THE NOISE is an accelerator for self-growth, providing tools to improve your relationship with food and your body.

F*RK THE NOISE (FTN) uses a combination of mindfulness, nutrition education, self-compassion, and neuroscience research that allows you to:

Shatter the beliefs that hold you down and keep you living small

Shift into a new way of thinking that serves your clarified values

Surrender to the beauty of listening to your body and this new effortless relationship to food

and step into your true power.

FTN helps you establish inner peace to always make choices that reflect living your brightest, most aligned, fearless life.

What we stand for:

Mindfulness

Mindfulness (and meditation) is not about escaping or finding “bliss.” It’s how we settle into our true selves and see experiences with clarity. Once we can separate reality from our storytelling induced suffering, it becomes clear what we need to do (and not do).

Self-awareness is cultivated via the practice of getting quiet. We make space for ALL emotions and believe they must be fully felt to be avoid over identification. Guided meditations are an incredible way to instantly create calm in chaos, find stillness, and experience communication from the body and rebuild self-trust.  

Self-Awareness

Introspection is the key to what we do. We can’t just snap our fingers and love and accept ourselves. First we must peel the layers back and see and understand who we are.  Only then can we begin to accept who we are.  Ultimately we arrive at self-worth, the place where we recognize that stripped of all that we “do each day” we’re worthy of love and belonging. 

Positive Nutrition

Anti-Diet does not mean anti-nutrition— not at FTN anyway.  Here, we believe that nutrition can be a powerful tool in being able to care and nourish your body to feel your best.  Lisa teaches nutrition to empower not instill fear. We believe the basics should be taught to every person and that if we equip people with the facts, understanding nutrition (and how the body works) can actually be a powerful weapon against diet culture.

Body Size Celebration

FTN is Health at Every Size Aligned. We believe all body sizes can be healthy. FTN does not provide weight loss information.  We believe that the tools to listen, honor, and trust your body will bring you home to your bodys optimal weight.

Radical Self-Acceptance

FTN isn’t about being anyone other than who you already are. This is a journey home that will require you to dig deep, to discover and face your fears and reveal and tackle the subconscious beliefs that are holding you back. The journey is so worth it, because you’re worth it. 

The Courses

FTN is here to normalize mindfulness in day to day use, starting with your relationship to food/your body.  We believe that the body doesn’t lie — that it is society who teaches us that the body can’t be trusted.  

We use mindfulness and specific guided meditations as a tool to recenter and reground. Because of the body’s innate ability to guide us towards foods that we need to live well, eating to support our bodies doesn’t require ‘willpower’, exhaustive rules, and effort that most believe. Instead, it just means we need to get quiet and give the power back to our bodies and trust them to guide us. We need to learn to F*RK THE NOISE.

F*RK the NOISE teaches real tools to listen, honor, and trust your body.

The main difference between FTN and other anti-diet programs is that we don’t want to spend anymore time thinking about wasted time lost to diet culture. What’s done is done — there’s no shame in anything you’ve experienced in the past and anger is not an emotion that allows us to be better friends with ourselves. 

FTN is about choosing yourself, developing a true sense of sense worth/self trust and the confidence to nourish both your body and your soul and the self respect to redirect you home where living out your purpose is second nature.
