Hi, I'm Lisa Hayim

I’m a lot of things: I’m a wife to my husband Evan, a daughter (and step daughter), a sister to 3 brothers, the type of person that has a couple of really close friends and not a thousand so-so friends.  I’m proud of my “type B” personality that lets me insert FUN and LIGHT into all that I do. 

I’m empathetic (i feel EVERYTHING) and my driving value is compassion all. the. time. For myself, and for those around me.

I’m also a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University.

Years ago, I was “the healthy girl.” What I ate (or didnt eat) was my identity. Since learning how to separate myself from my diet, I made it my mission to help people like you learn their true sense of self-worth.  We  ditch diets and food rules so you can BE your most you YOU and step into your true power. 

My passion is fueled from the connections to my students and their “results”. No, not results like like rock-hard abs or a firmer butt. Results like this:

I’ve successfully in helped my one-on-one clients recognize that food isn’t the enemy, but it’s been the most amazing transition into being an online teacher where I can share my unique method with the world. 

I’m ready to awaken the part of you that’s confident around food and your body because you’ve done the self-work to get quiet, learn who you are and what you truly need.  You have the tools to recognize noise, and turn right back around to knowing what’s best for you. 

You probably don’t believe that this part exists. You might be adamant that you need rules in order to be “good.” But I promise it’s inside you just like it was inside me and all off my clients and students.
