F*rk the Noise Fundamentals

Traditional Mindful Eating is dated

We don’t need that overt focus on food all the time. Sometimes we want to just live our damn lives!

With my Modern Mindfulness Method, you won’t be told to “just listen to your body”

Instead, you’ll learn the fundamentals on how to tune into your body’s feedback systems, how to interpret what your body is telling you, and how to make choices based on what YOUR BODY wants/needs.

With my Modern Mindful Eating Method there’s no turning back.

There’s a point with every single diet where you tap out- where you just can’t stand to live like that anymore and you break free. That won’t happen here.

F*rk the Noise
Hunger + Fullness

In FTN H+F, we’re not just learning to eat when we're hungry and stop when we’re full

We’re radically shifting how we view our desire to eat, recognizing that WE DON’T JUST EAT FOR FUEL.

  • We eat ‘cause things taste good!
  • We eat because we have memories tied to food!
  • We eat 'cause we’re curious!
  • We eat because it’s a way to bond!

  • FTN H+F is about coming home to YOUR body

... and diving DEEPER into the way it works, and connecting to the parts of you that were silenced by diet culture.

    Ditch Diets for Good
    (DD4G)

Diets fail us – NOT the other way around.

BUT, the good news is, we can escape the diet mentality.

Ditch Diets for Good is a 'mini course' packed with powerful, yet digestible info.

It's intentionally designed to be insanely accessible (read: a steal!) because I believe everyone deserves to know this stuff.

DD4G is the gateway to the good life.

Once you know the straight up facts, the diet industry's scare tactics don't work. Instead of reacting in panic (like you may currently do), your automatic reaction will be to roll your eyes & march on.

    F*rk Fear Foods

Mindfulness is about deliberately paying attention without judgement

Humans inherently judge and like to put things in boxes. The problem is, of course, we miscategorize.

There are no "Good" or "bad" foods

With recognition that no food is “bad”, we can become flexible, dare I say normal eaters. It’s possible to eat according to awareness of hunger, satiety, satisfaction and pleasure – all while considering our nutritional needs!

    Away from fear, into mindfulness

This 4-step framework takes you step-by-step through the process of establishing food neutrality. See you on the other side of food freedom!
